Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive technology is preferred (e.g., ASE certification).
• Hands-on experience with vehicle diagnostics and repair.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, braking, and engine systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Test-drive vehicles to ensure repairs have been completed successfully.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide cost estimates.
